چکیده

Additional comment: There has been a misinterpretation of our study in the accompanying editorial [3]. Authors have commented “The authors advised mothers to expose their newborns to sunshine for a duration of six months, when the association between duration and timing of the sunshine exposure and serum 25(OH)D was analyzed.” [3]. Our study was purely an observational study, and no advice regarding sun exposure was given during the study. AASHIMA DABAS AND *PIYUSH GUPTA [email protected] REFERENCES

Junctional ectopic tachycardia evolving into complete heart block.

Transition from congenital junctional ectopic tachycardia to complete AV block was observed in an 8 month old girl, over a 36 hour period, during initial hospital admission. Two years later she had evidence of a rapidly increasing left ventricular end diastolic diameter, associated with lowest heart rates during sleep of < 30 beats/min. A transvenous permanent pacemaker was therefore implanted....

Congenital Junctional Ectopic Tachycardia: Presentation And Outcome

Introduction Junctional ectopic tachycardia (JET) is a rare type of supraventricular arrhythmia. Even if its management has improved in recent years, it remains a great challenge for the cardiologist. Two are the possible clinical presentations of this arrhythmia: as a primary idiopathic disorder during infancy, configuring the so called "congenital" JET, or more often as a transient phenomenon...
